Margaret Ohuche Osteopath
I have been visiting Margaret over many years now. Being in the over 60's age group I find that as one part of my body gets a problem fixed by Margaret's magic hands then another difficulty presents itself somewhere else. I feel no trepidation in having to visit her consulting room as I always leave not only soothed in body but in spirit as well.

I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who requires the services she provides. Margaret shows great kindness for her patients. She gives excellent treatment and after the first session I felt better and continued to feel better after each session. I first used Margaret's clinic 12 years ago when I had a very bad back.
Services
Are you suffering from back pain resulting from long periods either sat at a desk or driving? Back pain is a common ailment and in fact will affect almost everybody at some point during their lives. The pain can be triggered by bad posture while sitting or standing, bending awkwardly, or lifting incorrectly.
How do I know if an osteopath is properly qualified? The title of osteopath is protected by law so not just anyone can call themselves an osteopath. An osteopath must be registered with the General Osteopathic Council, the regulatory body for osteopaths. What training do osteopaths have? Undergraduate osteopaths now follow a 4-5 year degree course covering not only academic study but clinical practice.
When you see the osteopath for the first time, you will be asked questions about the problem you are presenting with, your medical history, general health and lifestyle. Some questions may seem irrelevant but it is important to get a detailed picture of your condition and health to give you the best quality care.

Margaret is a wonderful osteopath with a with of experience. She's really helped me recover some movement in my lower back and now I'm able to move around and do my stretch routine much easier. I was given great advice about my rehabilitation exercises and she helped tailor them to my needs in a big way! Previously I was using generic stretch and strengthening exercises that were more generic. I have visited osteopaths before but Margaret, is definitely the only one I will visit next time.
