You won't find our vacancies publicly advertised on our website for good reason. Each one of our assignments is carried out through contacting our extensive professional network of candidates who have registered confidentially with us, or by going directly to suitably qualified candidates for the client briefed role in question.

At Southgate Consulting, we always brief candidates in detail on the culture of the Client Selection process and how to best prepare for an Assessment Centre or competency based interview programme.
We have set up a Career Guidance process on a "one to one" basis which will equip you with the necessary confidence, documentation, awareness and contact base to ensure a positive approach to your own searches. This includes detailed feedback on your own Personal Profile, through our licenced approval with Thomas International, as part of the two hour session (and on-going telephone support) with David Southgate, our Managing Director.
