My experience with Thompson and Terry was brilliant. From start to finish I was dealt with professionally and I was guided by Aoife and Ben through two interviews which resulted in me securing the job. They prepared me well, providing a great deal of information on what to expect and what was expected of me. They both checked in with me multiple times throughout the process, seeing if they were able to assist in any way and also helped me prepare for my first day. If I were to look for employment in the future, I would start by contacting Thompson and Terry.

Ben and I were put in touch via my Director, Mary Thomas, to provide guidance and advice around careers. He generously took the time to speak with me about CVs, interviews and career direction. This led me to completely reconsider my approach to applications and think longer term.

Great experience with this recruitment agency. Aoife and Ben have been amazing and so supportive. I have worked with other agencies before but none of them have been such a pleasure to work with. I joined T&T on a short term basis almost immediately after Graduating.
