Established in 1986 Advanced Protective Packaging is proud to be a family business. Set up in Manchester in 1987 Brian Garsden was our founder, whilst still involved, the day to day running has been taken over by Daughter Gill Garsden and is supported by cousin Mark Garsden. Alongside a very long-serving experienced team.
If necessary, our designer will come to see you and your product so as to accurately assess your needs. We usually provide, a free sample at design stage. Because you are dealing with only one supplier both the outer and inner package are designed as a whole and arrive with oyu together. Any problems, nd it's only one supplier your dealing with.
Advanced can supply polystyrene packaging to meet your requirements with something specifically tailored to the individual needs of your product or by using standard designs. Either way we make no charge for the design or samples. To speed up the development cycle we will also supply a carton or box if that helps.

Nomafoam is a resilient polyeythylene cushioning foam with a range of densities and shapes that will cover many requirements. Because they are extruded directly to shape there is little waste involved in the manufacturing process and so can be a very cost efficient protective packaging solution.
Nomafoam and Nomapack comprise a range of standard polyethylene foam profiles, sometimes simply just referred to as "blue foam", for protective packaging applications, using an extrusion process and are produced by a Belgium company, NMC.Their products are only sold through approved distributors and converters.
