The Autobox (BCS ) Hicut special carton manufacturing process machine which can make 0401, 0402 and various other Fefco styles cartons without the need for any die cut form, and again, with typically only a one minute set up time.The Hicut machine can also cut windows and hand holes, and has a simple die-cut station with a 200mm x 200mm area and print basic part numbers or small logo within the same area.

We have set up a hot wire cut Expanded Polystyrene division with four of the latest CAD cutting machines with 2D cutting facility and, on two of the machines, a two and ten multi wire profile cutting facility.
