My father bought me some clothes from here for Christmas. I thought the gift was excessive and wanted to return for a refund. Then, I heard that they have an exchange only policy and they never issue refunds. As someone who moved to London from the U.S, this is so foreign to me.
Beige, just a small tip, if people don’t want your clothes and they are returning it in good condition, just take it back. I’m not sure what you are trying to accomplish with only exchanges. I will buy a gift to spend the credit note but you’ve definitely lost a customer in the long term. I’m so disappointed that

So disappointed with the “return policy” that they have lost a customer ( after I’ve used up my restricted credit note!!)
Shopping last week for an outfit in black for my husbands funeral - was encouraged when there were no dresses in my size in store - to take a jacket and trousers and order dresses online - one of the dresses was perfect so went to take 2 of the 3 items I purchased in store back after phoning to check I could get a refund ( was told yes!).
When I got there I was told credit note only - at nearly £700 for a back up outfit I would NEVER have bought this had I been made

My 3rd visit. Nice to see the same people work there. Never do reviews and I dont like shopping for clothes, but Lorraine is a sweetheart and Kelly is so much fun. Two suits and evening dress and five tops later I enjoyed every second. So much better than buying online and getting it wrong. Kelly actually told me to take things off when it looked wrong. See you in the spring girls.

Small boutique-type store for big sizes. The tupe of place where you have to ring the bell to get the door open for you (although the store itself has no lixiry decoration or any taste in making it stylish; it is just racks of tons of clothes). A bit disappointed with the outrageous prices, as they were quite high for normal quality clothes of unknown designers. Furthermore, most of the items were designs for more senior people (nothing for young girls or middle-age women). The staff were very nice though, and try to be helpful and find options for the items you’re looking for.

What a fantastic little gem this shop is. Wow from the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel very welcome. I went on the off chance of looking for a Mother of the bride outfit being a larger lady this is almost impossible. I had seen an outfit online and there it was so without further ado the lady had several outfits ready for me to try on. I fell in love with the 1st outfit and burst into tears as I loved it and had never looked as good. Next it was my mum’s turn and once again they had several outfits for my mum to try on. In the meantime refreshments were given to us all, mine

Fairy godmothers work here. After a fashion disaster with my original bridesmaid's dress, and with 12 hours to go till the wedding, Beige staff pulled me a selection of options in the right colour and size, calmed me down with a cup of tea, and even made alterations on the spot. I was sick in London and without a warm coat; after a fervent search and a short cab ride, I was saved by the service and selection and outstanding experience at this store. Though small, I have never walked into a store where I could happily have walked home with every single item in it. The taste and selection are exquisite and they took care of a sniffely, sneezing desperate American with kindness, warmth and thankfully, brisk efficiency. They had me bundled up with a great coat (and a sweater I could NOT resist), all the VAT paperwork and out the door before you could say spit spot. Thank you

In a fashion climate where more and plus size clothing is forced online, and major suppliers like Harrods are shutting their doors to plus size women i was overjoyed to discover a quality plus size retailer located in 3 venues across London. Hooray for Beige Plus.
