Here at The Mayfair we pride ourselves on being a happy, homely, safe environment caring for 19 residents. Families and friends are always welcome to visit at any time, taking meals with us when they wish. We aim to provide a personal living space where residents are encouraged to bring in favourite pieces of furniture, pictures and mementos to make their own rooms seem more familiar.
Our friendly staff are always on hand to provide care of the upmost quality and undertake training regularly to build on their knowledge and skills to make your stay with us comfortable and relaxing. Prospective clients are encouraged to visit the home two or three times prior to admission. The first four weeks of residence are treated as a trial period before the big decision to take up permanent residence is made.

Services
Each of our residents has their own limits and their own goals when to comes to keeping fit and healthy, from simply keeping active to living life to the full. We also think it's important to see a fresh face once in a while, so a visit from one of our professional organisers is a welcome addition to any day.
Visitors are welcome at anytime to suit our residents, but sometimes family and friends can be too far away to visit regularly. These days modern technology makes keeping in touch simple. Computers offer many ways to communicate with loved ones and modern tablet computers or smart phones are even easier and more intuitive to use.
Each resident's needs are individual and specific, so each room at The Mayfair is tailored to the person. With around-the-clock care, a constantly varied menu, a wide range of activities, facilities and outings and respect for our residents independence, they choose how they want to live their lives.
