Rictor Engineering Limited, is a well established engineering company specialising in batch production of high quality sheet metal components and assemblies. These can be manufactured in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium materials. The main customer industries served are aerospace, defence, food, railway and gaming sectors with a high reputation for quality, cost and delivery.
The utilisation of best in class design software allows a design to be produced, quickly and efficiently. With constant liaison with the customer the initial concept is agreed, approved and then converted into a complete working design with all the relevant information for efficient and cost effective manufacture.
Our high accuracy laser cutting machine allows us to cut various materials to customer specifications and within fine tolerances. Set up times are minimal taking component from design through to manufacture through our latest software. The Trumpf Trumatic 200 Rotation machine supports fast operating times and fast set-up offering high productivity and flexibility.
Enclosures, equipment cases and special brackets are all produced utilising our Trumpf press brake cells. These machines provide the latest CNC technology for the accurate, repeatable bending of products, this combined with the experience of our operators ensures quality production of even the most complex design requirements.
For large volume production of metal pressings, a range of mechanical and hydraulic presses are available. The prevalent of these are two panel presses with capacity of 250 and 160 Tonne and working bed size of 2.5m x 1.5m and 2m x 1.25m respectively.
Several other smaller capacity presses are also available, for runs from blanks or coil, utilising customers own tooling, multi-tool set-ups or in house designed and manufactured tooling to press special or dedicated features into client products.

Well. The receptionist Emily has obviously been trained in customer service by the devil himself. Calling in regards to some work I needed doing and was recommended the business by a customer of mine from the north. Was only given a business name so went onto company check to find a name to ask for and found John Duffy. Emily told me that the company lied on company check and that his name isn't john so that they know who cold calls them. Very strange. Emily then went on to tell me that he isn't in till Tuesday but he probably wont want to speak to me. What a wonderful women.
