Please note all DSA Approved Driving Instructors must show a GREEN badge to show they have been approved. A Pink badge denotes a trainee driving instructor. Driving without your instructor by your side can seem daunting at first. It's a sad fact that the more inexperienced a driver you are, the more likely you are to have an accident.
The Driving Standards Agency state the average numbers of hours you will need is around 60. That's about 40hrs of tuition and 20 hours of practice. Once you have passed your practical driving test you may still feel quite nervous about certain aspects of driving. Even just driving on your own for the first couple of times can be quite frightening or intimidating.
