Physique Fitness was founded in Darlington in 2008 as The Boxfit and Foxfit Health Club Gym. It was founded by two Darlington brothers, David and Henry Ward, as Darlington's answer to fitness. The brothers, who share an interest in all types of fitness, developed the Darlington gym when the opportunity arose for them to turn an empty industrial unit into a new Gym in Darlington.

I have worked in childcare for over 13 years, the last 10 being the deputy manager of one of the towns leading private nurseries. I have a foundation degree in the early years sector, paediatric first aid and enhanced DBS.
