So unimpressed. I booked a taxi via the app last night, to pick me up at 9:25am as I start work at 9:45 and it is a 10 minute drive to work. The taxi didn't turn up until 9:42.
When I rang to complain I was advised not to use the app as it is easier to phone. I questioned why they have the app if they cannot provide the same service. Very rude on the phone and unapologetic. I was told they had me booked for 9:45 which is utter rubbish as I have the screenshot for 9:25 booking, beyond unimpressed that they tried to make out it was my fault when it was a clear fault of the company. Absolutely will

The ultra reliable guy we used to use now works for Carlisle Taxi Hire so we tried them for a very short notice job. Very simple process and the job was carried out immediately and correctly. The fare was more than reasonable as well. Would definitely use again.

I am giving 1 star because there is no option for zero or negative ratings.
I've called a taxi at 5:15 AM (Thursday morning) I was told that it will arrive in a maximum of five minutes (The route which I've asked for it was a 6 minutes driving distance) . Of course it did not arrive, called them back again 10 minutes later no answer, when they have answered finally I was told that it is on his way. I have been waiting till 6 o'clock and nothing showed up. Called them back again and they were making excuses (ex. Sometimes it can take longer blah blah blah..)
They could have told me from the beginning

I phoned the taxi company a night earlier and ordered a cab for the following morning at 7.45 AM. I had quite a few bags to carry to work. When I was talking on the phone with the operator, I specifically asked if I should expect a phone call from the driver and the operator replied that the supposed driver 'will knock on the door'. I waited until 8.10 AM, which is 25 minutes later than the 'promised time', and then I went by foot to the office. Whilst waiting for the cab, I phoned them at least 7 times in a row and there was no answer. I got to the office exhausted and sweaty. They never rang
