The pub garden is its greatest feature (in summer obviously). Currently inside shut, but they have set up a great outside bar with excellent table service. Great view as sat by the river, and great to take the family for an afternoon refreshment! But, gets quite lively on the weekend evenings as well, so... cant go wrong!

Had a day out to St Ives today and thought the views in the garden of Floods Tavern looked stunning, so we decided to have lunch there. Views were beautiful, great to watch the river so busy with kayaks, paddle boarders and boats. Very bubbly, friendly staff at the Tavern but service was terribly slow and the fish (part of the plate of fish and chips) was inedible. Couldn't cut through it, as it was too rubbery and was like a minced mixture of fish, (seemed like it was a very cheap frozen fish from a cheap freezer shop). Hubby had lasagne which was bland and dry. Sorry Floods Tavern, appreciate
