Have bought a number of pieces in recent years. Their work is stylish original and of high quality. Prices are also reasonable. They are always a pleasure to deal with; very friendly helpful and efficient.

Service at its best ! Whist in the USA I mislaid a ring originally purchased in 2008 and even though I was 000s of miles away and provided little or no info, Sarah at McCaul went the extra mile..traced all the details, size, engraving, style etc and within a short time I had a wonderfully packaged exact replacement couriered to me ! Their service and customer care exceeded my expectations. Sarah did a great job and kept me updated by regular emails and I could not be more happy !

I recently purchased my wedding ring from McCaul and am extremely happy with the quality of both the ring and the service I received from their team. McCaul makes jewelry with a clean and modern design style that I find very appealing, and I am confident that I will still be happy with this purchase decades from now.

I had a pair of grey pearl and white gold wire earrings made for me. I was a bit nervous about ordering something I would have no opportunity to see but I was offered a choice of pearls and was advised on what would work with the white gold. I am delighted with the result. The staff were very helpful and the earrings arrived, by Special Delivery, remarkably quickly. Altogether a very cheering experience during lockdown.

My fiancé Simon got my engagement ring made here at McCaul's. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The ring is stunning, and so incredibly comfortable. I never was able to wear rings comfortably before this ring and I wear it 24-7. He chose a graded diamond on a gold band with a satin finish - which was stunning. Over the last two years the band has become bright and shiny - I love that they are Irish and the shop is just wonderful. Simon said that the service levels were awesome. If you are thinking of getting an engagement ring - do not look any further!!! They will get it spot on.

Always wanted a paraiba, and my fiancé delivered! He found McCaul's online and designed my engagement ring with them via email. He says they were great and very friendly! They shipped the ring to him in Los Angeles.

Extremely happy with my engagement ring and I lose track of time looking at my stone! It's very difficult to find Jewelers that know what a Paraiba Tourmaline is. But it's even harder to find a jeweler that can get their hands on good paraiba stones! McCaul Goldsmiths achieved both! Extremely thankful for my forever ring

Ordered a mens wedding band in Australia and had the pleasure of picking it up from David at their store in Exmouth Market, London.
