Spreyton Guest House

Lovely guest house with very friendly hosts. Walking distance of the town centre and the sea front. Great cooked breakfast, room spotlessly clean. No complaints or even niggles. Highly recommended.

This was the worse chalet we have ever seen,dirty,old fashion,needs a complete revamp,blood and stains on bed mattress,
Smelt of damp,this was supposed to be a upgrade aswell.we didnt stay more than 5 minutes. Ended up booking into hotel near by.dont waste your time and money.

Hayden and Wendy are the most gracious hosts we have met. Very kind and helpful. The room we had was fantastic. Very clean, bright and comfortable. The breakfasts are great and there is a bonus of Wendy baking cakes, which you can help yourself to and they taste delicious.

Very traditional Guest House. Very clean, with owners taking extra precautions for COVID. Marvelous breakfast. Recommend the porridge. Parking onsite limited, but they have permission to use the Church Hall car park next door. Guest house is about 20 minutes walk from Town Center and seafront. A couple of convenience stores nearby.

We had a delightful stay at Spreyton Guest Hose in August 2021. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfasts delicious and Wendy & Hayden were very friendly, and helpful. About a 15 minute walk to the seafront with easy parking at the permitted church hall car park next door to Spreyton. We would definitely recommend.

Hosts Hayden and Wendy run a lovely guest house. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is great. Room more than adequate with king sized bed. Around 10-15 minutes walk to bus station/railway station and around 20 minutes to the seafront. Bearing in mind I struggle to walk it probably can be done quicker. Will definitely stay here again

Hayden and Wendy made us very welcome and our room was spotlessly clean with nice quality towels, a very good shower, very useful quiet fridge with fresh milk and even some homemade cake to welcome us. Everything in the room was very well placed, including a full length mirror and a good-sized wall tv. The breakfasts were superb and Covid precautions were taken seriously in all areas. A permit was provided for parking and the location was a 10-15 minute walk to the town & sea front. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night break and will definitely go back if we revisit Weston-super-Mare. A very good

Really clean ,lovely food ,lovely people cannot recommend this B&B enough we will definitely cone back thankyou for a lovely stay ,10 minute walk to beach ,parking just all round first class .

Thank you for a great stay, you are the perfect hosts. We felt very safe and secure regarding
the Covid cleanliness, and safety, you clearly think out, on a daily basis. Room and en suite were spotless, and bed was comfortable, would have liked the second pillow to have been a big thicker, but it wasn't a problem. Nice touch of boxed tissues in the room, and toiletries in the en suite, also tea and coffee, always welcome after a day out. Wendy you are the fountain of local knowledge, and Hayden your breakfasts are the best. would definitely stay again.
