Susan Rose China started from very humble beginnings in a garage with a hobby kiln, English Bone China from Stoke on Trent and a few ceramic prints. We have grown over time, employing seven people and located in a purpose built design studio and workshop in Northamptonshire.
Susan trained as a graphic designer at the Central School of Art and Design and started her career in ceramics by painting tiles but after 17 years in London a change was needed and Susan Rose China was born.We wouldn't be where we are without our loyal and talented team. We are a happy band who take pride in the traditional way we work, but also embrace modern technology to be the best we can be.

The hand painted designs are transferred onto the china in our workshop in Stoke-on-Trent, the home of the potteries, to make wonderful, lasting gifts to treasure. We use the best modern technology to ensure the highest quality and it all happens here in the UK!

Ordered a mug from here for my niece's birthday and her husband ordered a teapot and mug for her.Without any correspondence they decided to put the mug I ordered in the same box as his,when my niece had the package (which they addressed to him NOT her ) she thought they had made a mistake with her husbands order because there were two mugs,I can't tell you how upset and disappointed I was and I paid postage and packing but I'm sure it said over £40 p & p free which that package certainly was.
