Quick and efficient. I received an email at every stage; order received, being made up, goods despatched. Placed order about 11am and the keyrings arrived the next day.
On a previous order, one of the keyrings had a fault (it would have been difficult for TT to know about it when they sent it). Reported it and I received a replacement the following morning along with an envelope to return the faulty item.
If all suppliers were like this, shopping online would be entirely stress free.

Very pleased with the service and product from Tartan Traders. They engraved a business card holder with a logo for me and provided a very high level bespoke service, met all of my requests and sent me examples of the artwork (three different versions!) before anything was finalised.
The product arrived very quickly once processed and was of a high quality with a very detailed engraving.
