I paid for gift wrapping and a card, they did not wrap or attatch a card. When I contacted them I was put in my place by Juli who told me they have a five star rating. I also purchased a gift that appeared to be a set of three balls. It was actually one. The insinuation was that I should have read the whole thing it was my fault. The tone of the response was condescending, and not appreciated. They will refund my four dollars for the gift wrap. I needed the gift wrapping done I'm disabled. I willnever buy anything from this company again.

Placed an order on Saturday 11/28/2020. Found out my daughter in law had already purchased the toy. E-mailed wicked uncle over the week-end that I needed to cancel and why. I spoke with customer service on Monday. I immediately got a person on the phone. Package had already went out. Even though I Had to cancel the order and return, they were a pleasure to deal with. I placed another order today. They are a smaller company and I decided to go with them again. I highly recommend them.

I think they're a great company. Used them last year for my granddaughter's Easter Basket and they contacted me with a friendly reminder which I thought was fantastic. In these trying times I wanted to get something for her since school is closed and everyone is getting a little crazy and they offered no shipping because of these unusual… circumstances. Ordered a couple of things to keep her busy and her birthday is coming up so I will definitely order something again. WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND AT THIS HORRIBLE TIME IN OUR LIVES. I just made my first order from Wicked Uncle....unfortunately my order was lost by UPS. When I contacted the customer service team, they immediately offered to overnight a replacement order to me, as I was running out of time until the gifts were needed. The package arrived exactly as they promised, despite it being NYE. A lot of companies could take a lesson from them!
