Do not use. I asked this company to come and have a look at a low water pressure I was having in my bathrooms. The guy came and had a look and advised he knew what the issue was but did not want to tell me in case I went with somebody else. His quote was absolutely ridiculous too. I ended up going with somebody else in the end who charged half the price.

I would not use this company again and have been left with repair costs for an appliance they broke. I had a thoroughly awful experience with them and find the owner to be confrontational, aggressive, intimidating and unprofessional.
Update: Having consulted a second plumber and the company where I purchased my appliance, I was told that this appliance had been forcefully snapped and was irreparable.
Want to reiterate that this is a company I would never recommend.
