All of our prices include a complimentary initial consultation. As a responsible Colour salon we are unable to confirm any colour bookings without confirmation of a patch test on your skin. This can be done without an appointment but must be completed at least 48 hours before your colour. Yesterday I went to get a haircut and showed them the first image from google, my hair when i went in looked like the image in the mask. After my haircut there, I left with a haircut i was honestly unhappy with. I didn't cause a scene at the time as they'd already cut my hair very short, beyond where i could see a way to fix.
In short, we payed £45 pounds for my hair to be clearly not looking like the image at all and the cut not being blended at all. I cried non-stop after leaving and now no longer want to leave my house because of the way this haircut looks.

I follow the curly girl method and am very particular with ingredients I use, the cut of my hair, and use absolutely no heat on hair. Sometimes salons can make me feel weird when I request strictly a cut (I arrive with wet hair, and leave with wet hair). My hairstylist made me feel so welcomed and completely understood. She talked me through exactly what she was cutting and how, etc. Highly recommend & will be returning. Fab cut btw!!

Couldn't have had a better experience this morning at Elevan. Sam was wonderful. He put me at ease with his pleasant demeanour and warm smile. He gave me a great cut and restored my self esteem. I am actually looking forward to going back. The price was more than reasonable for the treatment I received.
