Sharon Leon carpets was originally set up in 1963 on Bridge Street, Inverness, by James Sheerin. The main products were carpet squares and stair runners. We were one of the first flooring businesses to introduce broadloom carpeting, allowing carpets to be fitted wall-to-wall without any seams.
This expansion allowed James to expand into the commercial and industrial markets, with his wife, Heather Sheerin, joining the business to take charge of the office.They began to outgrown the Castle street premises and demand for onsite parking grew, and James and Heather needed to have their warehouse on the same site as the shop.

Really delighted with Sharon Leon’s customer service. Have slowly been updating carpets in the house as we can afford it. No pressure from Sharon Leon to overspend, in fact really helpful discussions about the pros/cons of different brands and footfall/usage/price points. Staff who fitted carpets and modular tiles were excellent, everything looks great and service in store and staff knowledge of their products was first class. We’re very happy customers and would certainly recommend Sharon Leon.

I bought some custom made rugs here and needed to match an existing stair carpet. Jenny and Billy were excellent throughout the process, providing friendly, helpful and unpressured service and identifying the correct match for the hall rug. The rugs have now arrived and are a perfect fit in the house thanks to the time taken to get things right.
