Dixson's Residential Estates was founded in 1997 by Kaye Dixson who sadly passed away in 2015 after a short battle with cancer. Through Kaye's sheer hard work and determination, she established the reputable and highly respected company that Dixsons remains today. Dixsons continues to be run as an independent family business in Hornchurch and Kaye's daughter Sally-Anne, has now been appointed Company Director.
Our Letting with Management fee is half of the first month's rent as a finder's fee and 12% of the monthly rent thereafter (inc VAT), but this is negotiable depending on the rental income.
The finder's fee includes advertising, negotiation of the tenancy, 6 month's rent protection, notification to utility companies of the change of occupier with meter readings, preparation of an inventory, conducting quarterly inspections, collection of rent and dealing with any maintenance issues, sending monthly invoices and statements.

Proof of Current address - Driving licence/utility bill (dated within last 3 month's) or recent bank statement. We will process your application via 'Rent4Sure' who will obtain employment and landlord references, credit checks, bank searches and process the 'Right to Rent' check. Dixson's Estates will remove the property from the market once the holding deposit has been paid and all parties are in agreement.

At first all was ok then when work had to be done to property the owner of Dixons sent her husband to do the work and it was poor. When we were leaving they rushed us out. Even though we paid rent on time and kept the flat very clean to the highest standard. During last winter we waited weeks for the boiler to be fixed. They held on to our deposit and now have to go to court.
