Two years later, following the success of the 1st branch they opened their 2nd in Northumberland Heath, Erith, Kent DA8 3EX. This secured a prominent market position in both South East London and North Kent. Over 15 years we have been renting 10 properties, but we have never experienced such a good service, such a response and such a good management as Able Estates have provided. Every email, every complain or issue was resolved in hours. We have never seen such a professionalism and care towards tenants and landlord. Before we moved into Able Estates property, we didn’t have any trust in any agents. Non of them was so good as Able Estates. I have no words to describe how greatfull and thankful we are for Able Estates. Property was always maintained and looked after. Any issues was fixed in hours

Able Estates misrepresented a property in their advert as freehold when it was in fact leasehold, with a short lease below the marriage value. We were not advised it was a shared ownership property either, these details only came to light after we had paid for and received information back from our searches through our solicitor. Their tactics in trying to get us to sign a contract with them rather than our preferred agent were unscrupulous and we suspected them of unprofessional conduct during negotiations also. I would not recommend this company and I do not appreciate their continuing to send
