If you have played Grange Park you will need little or no persuasion regarding the merits of our Championship Course. Grange Park Golf Club is a traditional parkland course set in the industrial town of St Helens, but you wouldn't know it; neither would you realise that the Club was established in 1891.

At 6509 yards from the medal tees, it's a true test of golfing skill. The course's main defence are the greens, which are regularly amongst the best in the country and the views from the highest points are stunning. Our Club House is an ideal resting place after your round, where you will find that our food and beverage team will always give you a warm welcome.

Course Etiquette Report

If you are not holding your place on the course please allow the players behind to play through. Do the same if you stop to search for a ball. Play your game in line with the R&A Pace of Play guidelines, meaning that a quicker game has right of way no matter how many players in that group including singletons.

We went for our first golf lesson. Paul was very efficient maked us relaxed and at ease. The lesson went very fast and we left with lot of new knowledge. Can't wait for the next one.

Played today in a Seniors Open. The greens were outstanding and a really good pace. Whilst it’s fairly open it makes up for it in how difficult it is to keep a ball on the green. Half of them are like an upturned Wok! Well worth a visit .

22/07/20 Played course as part of a society and the condition of course was excellent greens were very true and fast and has a lot of variations on holes really great challenge you will not be disappointed must to play

A really friendly club. Great course, especially after all this rain. Good choice of really nice food in the clubhouse and drinks at reasonable prices. The pro and his assistant always ready to help and advise with a well stocked shop. Highly recommend.

Lovely day out with the fambo and hit some crazy shots out on the greens. the grass was well trimmed and the lime green colour perfectly matched the mouldy green of my teeth, which is always a test of a golf clubs integrity.

Grange park is a fine layout and a fair walk to get round. Friendly club and facilities are excellent. Always made to feel welcome and food very nice.
Greens generally always running well.
