AVOID at all costs - Wasef Ali was initially great and was the reason we chose to use them but the rest of the team fail to meet the mark. Completely unprofessional and over confident. Felt as if everything was always completed last minute and my case was not of any importance to them until they decided they had time to deal with it. They avoid your calls and claim they didn't receive emails chasing fro updates. If you want to feel supported through the process DON'T USE THEM.
