I am sitting in the room where my window was replaced by Alba and, unlike the rest of the flat, there is a strong current of air blowing in. This saddens me because the window was 'repaired' just a few weeks ago and I paid extra to have 'draught proofing' put in.
I got in touch with Alba's manager and explained that I wasn't happy that the job had been done to the 'highest standards of workmanship available' as advertised on their website. The manager's response was to return my email to me with his comments in red, capitalised text. Rather than express
