Our showroom is based in a beautiful Grade 2 listed building in the heart of Colyton, formerly the old post office, until undergoing extensive refurbishment in 2012 to become the stunning showroom it is today. We are a small family run business covering Devon, Somerset, Dorset and surrounding areas.

Owners Paul and Claire Sammons have built up a loyal customer base since opening, completing work for many repeat customers and the vast majority of our work coming from personal recommendation. A few years after opening the showroom they were joined by their son Oscar Sammons and designer Lee Jarrell.

Living Report

Fitted bedroom furniture is often overlooked but both our modular and bespoke ranges offer great value for money and can incorporate many of the features seen in our kitchen furniture, with complimenting styles in contemporary or traditional finishes. Within all of our furniture ranges we can also design individual storage furniture for lounge, library and study to continue the level of quality throughout the house.

Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. From our first visit to the showroom we were expertly helped with the new design by Lee and on all the subsequent visits with both Lee and Claire. Everyone was so friendly and there was no pressure, just help. We were kept informed at all times as to what was going to happen. Paul and Oscar made a wonderful job and we cannot rate them highly enough. It is so nice to be able to use a local business who, in turn, use other local trades as well. Having only recently moved to Devon we stumbled across The Colyton Kitchen Company on one of our first visits to the town. What a find!! Lee was superb in translating our long wish list into a great design then when we decided to remove the wall between the kitchen and dining room he was happy to rework the designs to suit the new space. His patience was endless and he was a pleasure to work with throughout the design process. Paul and Oscar are much more than kitchen fitters, they are pure genius. I've never met a more knowledgeable, professional, committed team. Their workmanship is excellent

Our recent experience with The Colyton Kitchen Company was first class, from the initial discussion in the showroom through the design stage, quotation, to installation. The team are all great; professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A real pleasure to deal with. We live in an old stone barn with irregular walls, so to have a bespoke oak and painted kitchen was the perfect solution. We particularly love the bespoke mantel they created around a new Aga. We thoroughly recommend The Colyton Kitchen Company.

We had a new kitchen fitted in 2018 which was excellent and still looks brand new.
All stages from initial planning and selection of units and fittings, through to installation were done in a well organised and professional manner.
They were always punctual and kept to a well thought out fitting regime.
We were particularly pleased when two years on they were extremely helpful with ordering and fitting a replacement appliance at short notice in the run up to Christmas.
We would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
