Services
He has a Bachelors Degree in Law from the university of Wolverhampton and a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Cambridge. Whilst studying at he University of Cambridge he was awarded the Lizette Bentwich prize by Trinity College, University of Cambridge. He specialises in Immigration, Divorce & Financial Matrimonial Assets, Property Law, Civil Litigation and Commercial Matters.

It is often less expensive and quicker than litigation and has less impact on commercial and personal relationships.
We will tell you about the legal requirements, eligibility issues and the documentation you will need if you are planning to come to live or work in the UK. Also, we will tell you how long the process might take and advise you on other matters which might need resolving in order to make your immigration process run smoothly and without unnecessary holdups.
We understand the sensitive nature of Family proceedings particularly when children are involved. We always endeavour to provide a service which reduces the inherent strain that comes with family legal matters. We will explain where you stand legally, how the law can help you and put into plain words what you should do next to achieve the outcome you wish.
We encourage all our clients to have their Will prepared and, from time to time, reviewed to reflect changes in the law and your personal situation (for example, re-marriage will invalidate an existing Will). Many clients are shocked to be told that their assets may attract taxation when they die. We will ensure your family assets are properly protected and, when they are passed onto your beneficiaries, taxation is kept to a minimum.
