Slow, defensive, and poor attention to detail, this is how I’d describe our experience with Ola Leslie. We agreed a fee before using their service, and the solicitor decided to charge us a ‘fast track’ fee, which we were forced to pay just before exchange. The solicitor allocated to our case caused considerable stress, and was extremely reluctant to engage. Please note, you won’t get a personalised email address for the solicitor or team members, just a generic email, which team members rarely respond to. Ola Leslie also had an out of office to outline they were busy, which we received

My solicitor (Onyeka) was very Professional and very knowledgeable - she and her legal aid (Ugo) were both very responsive even if they were not immediately available. You'll be in safe hands in terms of quality and knowledge. One point to note is that good, high quality lawyers are unsurprisingly incredibly busy with workload demand so do expect that but as mentioned, they're very responsive which is the main thing. Most importantly I'd rather the process takes a slightly longer than poorly executed. In my case very thorough service was provided and all valid, really good questions were asked

I've heard horror stories about solicitors not providing services that are up to par with new home purchases. That was not the case with Ola Leslie. I found their pricing to be fair and they got my work done well within the timeframes I was expected. While they were not the cheapest of the solicitors I compared, they were within the middle pricewise and seemed to be the best. They did not disappoint and I am thankful I selected them. Really nice team! They've helped us so much to buy our Flat through the Shared Ownership Scheme and chasing the Seller solicitors as they were moving very slow but finally we finished everything ! I would definitely recommend them!
I've got friend that bought same kind of flat next to our building and they've paid way more for the solicitors than we paid ! SO think about this as well, it might not be your case but in our case we paid a bit less than what others paid for same kind of services!

I chose Ola Leslie as they were recommended by my estate agent who said they were very efficient and this turned out to be true. They were also very professional right from when I first contacted them for a quote.
In terms of pricing they were fair. I compared a number of quotes and they weren't the cheapest but they were very. Reasonable compared to other firms of the same type.
