When I first went to this place to view a van the staff were very friendly and professional. After purchasing a van which was a good price, I noticed a slight noise from the rear brakes. I then decided to take the van to my brother who is a mechanic for mazda. When we looked at the rear drums(brakes) we noticed not only didn't they have the brakes apart to have a look at for safety checks but both cylinders were leaking which can be an extreme health and safety issue. So happy with my new little car 🤗. After a very stressful couple of weeks after someone drove into me, resulting in my car being written off, I so wish I'd found GPR Cars earlier. By far the friendliest, non pushy, knowledgeable garage we'd been too. Harry was just absolutely fab and if I could buy a car off him every week then I would (even if it was just for the entertainment value 😉🤗). we saw a car advertised on auto trader, a Nissan Qashqai with very low miles, service history and priced very fairly, I called the garage to be greeted by Harry. What a delight to speak to a salesman that didn't try to force the sales process in any way. Harry knew everything there was to know about the car and more. GPR put a new MOT on the vehicle advisory free, serviced the car and carried out an extensive safety check. Too top it for an extremely reasonable price they delivered the car as are around 150miles away. Great team, Outstanding service with no hidden surprises

Great dealer, no messing about, got a deal done in no time. I travelled from London to check out a Ford C-Max, was briefed about the condition and service history before hand over the phone and it was as described. Not many C-Max's hanging about in London so had to travel out to find one. Staff are very friendly. Was allowed to test drive the car by ourselves. Few cosmetic things I picked up while looking at the car, which were promised to be fixed before picking up the car the following week, all of which was fixed as agreed. Been using the car for a few weeks now, no problems. Thank you Harry

So after spending weeks looking for my preferred vehicle and travelling miles to view them, I found that a used car sales dealer on my doorstep had my ideal vehicle. Not only was it in better condition than the others I had viewed it was also a third of the mileage and lower cost. So with hesitation I went to view the vehicle expecting the worst – how wrong could I have been. The car was listed as in immaculate condition and other than a few miles difference from the mileage listing it was accurate.

Went to view a silver ford fiesta EY61NVV number plate [Date: 16-08-21]
the lady at the office was nice enough and offered me a drink, however when i took the vehicle out for a test drive it had a whine/whistle in 4th and 5th gear. Once i drove the car back to the garage i told the salesman about the issue, and he said the mechanic can test drive the car to see if he could hear the whine/whistle too.
Upon inspection the mechanic did confirm it sounded like a gearbox problem! I was told the issue could be 'fixed' if i wanted to buy the car, which sounds fair enough, but is it? Because they would

Just purchased a car from this garage and what a fantastic place this is. Staff are so friendly and nothing is to much bother. Has a wide variety of vehicles and would certainly recommend a visit as you won’t be disappointed . Not your usual pushy sales staff and they offfer brilliant customer service and I will definitely visit again in the future .
