Friendly, polite, honest service from the first time we entered the showroom. The car we purchased was as described in excellent condition and very low mileage. We were not pressured in any way. In fact after our initial test drive they gave us a couple of days to be sure and held the car for us. A good customer service experience.

Kingsley Garage is a true family owned business & we have been selling & servicing cars in Kempston near Bedford since 1978. Originally we were a Lada (yes, those square Russian cars!) dealer & then in 1989 we also took on the Proton franchise. With the demise of Lada in the UK in 1997 we needed to look for a franchise with a bigger range of vehicles & hence we started our partnership with Hyundai.

Where applicable our used Hyundais are supplied with the balance of the 5 year unlimited mileage warranty & 5 year RAC cover. Any other vehicle that we sell is either supplied with the balance of the manufacturer's warranty if applicable or if that has expired it would be supplied with up to a 6 month/6,000 mile (whichever comes first) parts & labour warranty depending on the age, mileage & price of the car.

I saw the ad for my Smart Fortwo on Autotrader but I live on the South Coast, not Bedford. I gave as much info on my p/ex Smart as I could to Mike who came back with a fair valuation so we, remotely agreed the p/ex. Mike was brilliant from the very first contact right through to my collecting the car, nothing was too much trouble.
It was most refreshing to deal with Kingsley Garage who also offer a good warranty and distance selling guarantee

Visited today, 7th May, and honestly couldn't recommend this place highly enough.
Went in with 2 friends of mine as they had their hearts set on a car they'd seen, and we were greeted with a fantastic, non pushy salesman named Mike. He showed us the desired car, allowed us to test drive and was very open in his sales mannerism. He was that good that he didn't need to persuade/push the sale at all, an even better bonus was that he provided us with "complimentary vehicle tax" (private joke!) He is honestly a credit to the industry, and I truly wish him many more successful years within the trade

Happened to drive past on the way to get petrol and saw a Nissan Cube - a car I have wanted since I was about 8.
Had a look around and booked a test drive. Loved it and decided to purchase it. The staff were brilliant. They gave me a good price for a trade in, talked me through the buying process and finance. All during COVID-19 and following guidance to the exact letter.
Prior to exchange, the car was serviced, MOT’d and underwent the checks that they say they do, resulting in new brakes and a couple of new tyres. It was also thoroughly cleaned.

As usual I got great help and assistance with buying my new care from Kingsley Garage , the service never changes it's always superb. This time I dealt with Mike but Paul has sold me vehicles in the past but there is never any pressure put on me. The service department have looked after several of my previous vehicle with a great level of service. This Friendly business deserves a 5 STAR rating.
