Had a 4 hour refresher with Liam starting in a car park then covering city roads to motorways and everything in-between. Needed to get back on the road after an RTC 15 months ago. I was nervous and anxious. Liam put me at ease, doing everything at my pace. Great communication, explained everything in detail. He was patient and calm, very chatty, cracking jokes now and again. His calm and relaxed manner helped with my confidence, nerves and anxieties. Thank you Liam.

I had Nigel Thomas as my driving instructor and I can't rate him highly enough, for the professional instruction and the confidence he exhibited in me to get me driving safely and through my test. I was extremely anxious about learning to drive ( age thing - nearer 60 than 50!), and I wasn't sure if I had left it a bit late in life. Nigel had total faith in my ability and I passed yesterday with 2 minors. I don't know who was more pleased - me or him!! He's a top rate instructor and all round good guy. Thank you Nigel, I'll miss our chats :D

I took refresher lessons with Driving-Pro's Liam from October-November 2021.
When searching for refresher lessons, a key requirement of mine was that the instructor was patient and understanding of my situation.
Liam fulfilled this criteria and did so in excess - he was highly patient and was highly diligent in wanting to ensure I was happy with the outputs of each driving lesson. His teaching techniques are exceptional.
Additionally, Liam's friendly nature translated well at ease and made even the most nervous of driver in me relaxed behind the wheel!
I am now confidently driving on the road

He taught me to drive when I was in my early 20’s, I was scared of getting behind a wheel. Doug is calm and has the patience of a saint. I passed first time.
Later on in my life I decided to become an instructor, Doug also helped me complete my first two stages of being a driving instructor, I could not complete my course due to personal reasons. Doug doesn’t shout at his students which I found by teaching is rare, as I took on students from other instructors and the students told me they got shouted at. When your taught the right way

Highly recommend Doug as a driving instructor! As a 44 year old who has put off learning to drive for various reasons, I finally took the plunge and booked with Doug after he was highly recommended to me. Learning to drive is the most nervous I have ever been but Doug was so calm and patient, explaining everything clearly to me, reassuring me every step of the way and instrumental in helping me to build my confidence behind the wheel. I no longer feel apprehensive when I climb into his car and look forward to my lessons with him each week. I have a long way to go but am thrilled that I am taking
