Services
We offer discounts for stays of 3 or more nights (please enquire) or for group bookings if all rooms are booked. In order to offer a good quality service and good standards within our Guesthouse we are unable to offer cheap rates which are not always the best deals. REMEMBER you only get what you pay for!.

Experience the highlights of the winter gardens or stroll along the golden mile. It's all on our doorstep. Open all year round and offering endless entertainment you'll not go without anything to do.
What can I say except we are sad that we have to leave. Pat and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was to die for as it set you up for the day. The rooms were spacious and the Guest house was the best in Blackpool as we looked at most other hotels and guests houses along the Promenade.

Just got back from a weekend in Blackpool staying at The Glenroy. My friend had stayed before but this was my first time here. Pat is a fantastic host, so welcoming and can’t do enough for you… and his breakfasts are amazing!!! Lovely clean hotel and rooms and a fab bar. Will definitely be back! See you next time for our trip to funny girls xx

The family room was damp and smelt of dog, though it states on Glenroy's website No dogs allowed. Everywhere was full of dust. The decor was stuck back in the 80s. There was dog chew and biscuits under the bed along with more dust. Toilet mat stunk of urine.
When I raised this with the owner and said one of my grandson's suffers with hayfever he gave me a can of air freshener and a packet of Pirton tablets.
There was a ciggerette end under the bed side cabinet and a burn mark on the shade of the bedside lamp.
Expanding foam can be seen around the outside of the window and some was stuck on the

The 3 mums weekend away child free.
Beautiful clean room & hotel even the gardens,
in arrival we were greated by Pat who the runs the B&B and he does a fabulous job!
real detail & thought has been put in to the decoration, accessories, furniture, table wear, gadgets rely impressed.
breakfast was beautiful felt like in a posh restaurant with table service nothing was a problem with Pat food arrived on time hot lots of choice and well topped up drinks,
the bar/dinning area is very warmly & welcoming, the beds were really comfy didn't want to come home far nicer than my bed,
I cannot praise
