Been going to this hotel last 9 years usually a good weekend but not this year room was so small resturant at breakfast was a joke no clean tables to sit at when we did get a table had ti ask 3 times to get toast and coffee .showbar at night entertainmemt very poor no bingo as no staff to do it bar was shut on day we were going home sorry but will not be back to this hotel

Room right next to fire exit room cold.hotel is not the same it was.hotel is very dirty shower water to hot to use.will not be coming back to the hotel.breakfast was really small not enough to feed an adult let alone a child.

Dog hair on the carpets, uncomfortable beds and no clean towels on our last night. very small room. broken chair, and no plug socket for kettle, the only plug socket was on the bedside table.

This hotel is awful. It's filthy and in desperate need of an upgrade. Our room is nothing like the pictures shown on the website. Holes in the doors, broken toilet roll holder, shower handle broken which has… left the screw exposed and generally grimey.
This morning we had a 40 minute wait for breakfast and I actually went to ask at reception if somebody could help seat people. In the end I gave up and set my own table. I really feel for the wait staff, they are lovely and trying their best in difficult circumstances.
I have spoken to the manager who I found to be abrupt and lacking in customer

My Husband daughter and grandson and I stayed at the hotel from the 6th- 10th September we had a lovely stay,
The catering Manager Taren was lovely very helpful breakfast was good hot and plenty, evening meals was a choice OKvery helpful when my grandson didn't like what was on menu.
Rooms ok clean towels changed every day plenty of tea coffee and milk, daughter's room small but OK for one .
Bathroom cleaning shower hot and powerful . Staff very helpful and friendly.

My husband and myself stayed here 6th to 10th September! never again!! I have never stayed in such a filthy smelly hotel before. I would not recommend this place to anyone..... if you like a clean place to stay… DON'T GO HERE. We were B&B but did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on the food, but if the rest of the hotel was anything to go on I wouldn't.

Terrible place. Worst hotel there is in Blackpool. Dirty and the room had so many faults. Staff are horrible. Entertainment was a joke. Lack of privacy from house keeping staff. If I could give it zero stars I absolutely would. Won't be back.

Have been to this hotel on a few occasions.really friendly staff.rooms are nice and clean and the food is excellent.will continue to come to this hotel as it is nice and central for all the amenities as well.

Hotel is very tired and dirty looking, Rooms were very cramped, more like a single room with a double bed, also the bathroom and shower was very small. Nothing like the photos on the website. Breakfast was ok. Wouldnt recomend this hotel.

Had to rate this hotel 1 star to be able to write a review, but to be honest, I wouldn't even give it that. Myself and my family had a 3 night stay at the weekend and not one wink of sleep was had! Beds very uncomfortable, you could hear guests in the rooms next to you, and the noise and chaos going on in the hallway was unreal. We got told a night porter would be on duty at night, however, was nowhere to be seen! Our room was not clean on arrival, dirty carpet and dust everywhere, filthy windows and dirty bathroom floor. During our stay, the room was not cleaned, the only thing they did was replenish

Place is filthy, carpets through out the place should be binned. Dirty walls, doors and windows, don't be taken in by pics on their website because they do not resemble any of the rooms in this place😷 Food wasn… 't good either,felt sorry for the young girls in dinning area they were run off their feet. l asked for jug of iced water with my meal to be told by a young male waiter, we've no ice here it means l have to go down to the bar for it!!!! Needless to say l didn't get ice😡 l could go on,but do yourself a favour an don't go near this place.

Staff are so lovely. Rooms are very clean!
Breakfast was very filling for me.
Couldn't fault the hotel, and for the price what more could you ask for!
Ive been here twice and its my go to hotel. Close to the train station and a 5 min walk to the beach ect.
