After receiving over 20 years of excellent customer service, I have to say that Mike Turner and his team, have always been professional, friendly and very helpful.
Their communications with me have always been well in advance of any deadlines and all my queries have been superbly and quickly responded to.

My architectural practice includes two staff and myself, I have aimed for the larger projects and as such leaves me with little or no time to even consider how my books are looking.

My accounts where late submitted and they charge me £2,700 for them and blamed me. I pay them to be my accountants, they gave me NO tax saving advice at all. When I my moved my business to them they said they would be cheaper by 30% than my previous accountant. I've ended up paying a lot more tax than I ever have done.
