We are a two partner firm of Chartered Accountants based in Preston, Lancashire. Whether you are a Sole Trader, Partnership or Limited Company you can rest assured you will get a timely turnaround on your accounts to comply with filing deadlines. In order to comply with tax law and the various Companies Acts and other laws and regulations, it is essential to prepare financial statements to reflect the activities of any business over a given period of time, usually 12 months.
We are authorised to carry out statutory audits on small and medium sized enterprises, pension schemes and charities. Where accounts are not prepared by the organisation we will prepare the accounts on behalf of the proprietors and then carry out the required audit testing on those accounts. We ensure that statutory accounts follow the appropriate formats and that disclosure requirements are fully adhered to and are kept up to date.
