She is responsible, willing to help answer any queries (and in a timely manner), proactive in offering advice and suggestions and in following up to chase after third parties like repairing co., insurance co., etc. Frankly, without her, my property wouldn't have been managed so well (in particular, I don't live in the UK and Katie has been extremely reliable, which is very important to an overseas landlord).

Otherwise,the website does not provide accurate information about the location of the properties.
As a result,I found the apartment of my dreams between other properties in Salisbury...just to discover afterwards that this specific one was actually located in...Manchester.
It was a massively disappointing and devastating experience.
