His career began in the 1980s with Allen & Harris working in Oxford, Newbury, Andover and Trowbridge. Later he joined Country House Agents Dreweatt Neate (now Carter Jonas) as branch manager in Andover before establishing the successful independent William S Baxter which was sold following ten years of trading within the Bourne and Test Valley.

In the process of buying a property via Baxters and have to say they are already the best estate agents I've dealt with. Very friendly, helpful and kind. Quick to respond, professional and don't have to chase them up for anything. They also really know the area, and clearly know their clients well, so feel in safe hands. Could give more stars if I could.
