We meet with all new clients to learn about their company and to establish precisely what their main recruitment criteria are. We realise that it is not enough for a candidate to be technically qualified, therefore we strive to make sure any candidate we introduce is also a match for the company's culture.
Temporary employees can be invited to temp from as little as four hours, up to as long as you require. Time Recruitment look after all payroll responsibilities. We pay our temporary employees promptly and accurately while also ensuring that our temps receive and are kept up-to-date with all statutory entitlements.
Sourcing and appointing permanent employees can be a long and arduous task, especially for busy managers. We specialise in advertising, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, and sourcing the right applicants to save you time. Time Recruitment have been recruiting office support staff in Edinburgh since 2000 and we have a unique view on the available market - let us spend the time finding the right people so you don't have to.

I’ve been a temp with Time Recruitment on and off for many years and they’re the best! Caroline treats you like a friend but is also very professional. She keeps in contact when you’re on an assignment to ensure all is well. If you’ve not worked with Time for a while she gets in touch for an update. Unlike a lot of recruitment agencies, Caroline listens to your concerns and carefully matches you to an employer. I highly recommend Time Recruitment if you’re looking for temp or permanent work and want genuine caring service and professionalism.

Time Recruitment was the second agency I approached when I was looking for a job. The first agency - one of the big ones - never got in touch after I'd filled out all their forms. At Time Recruitment, Caroline sat down with me immediately. They were able to put me forwards for an interview for a fixed term contract within a week and I got the job.
