Thank you to Derek for assisting me with my three separate queries today in store. His knowledge, understanding and experience were first class. Really excellent service all round. Without doubt Walker is now our go to jeweller.

Went in and asked about a watch. Derek served me. I found him to be rather obnoxious. Seemed more interested in acting like mr big like his shop didnt need my business. They seem to forget without customers they wouldn't be in business.

I visited the showroom yesterday after arranging an appointment I was greeted by Mary the first impressions was first class very honest friendly and helpful it seems high standards throughout walkers is in place I look forward to returning in the future and giving Walker my business as I couldn't fault the initial first experience.

Went to to see about buying an engagement ring for my now fiance. I asked to see one I thought she would like. The man serving me said "that's a very expensive one, I dont want to take it out of the display unless I know you can buy it". Needless to say I went elsewhere. Instead Rox in Aberdeen got my 15k instead, my fiance got a stunning diamond solitaire, and walkers can go for a walk.
