We can carry out many small repairs to your jewellery & watches, in many cases while you wait. For watches we can replace batteries & have a large selection of replacement straps in stock. New catches & rings can be replaced to chains & bracelets, whilst pearls can be rethreaded to look as good as new.
We hand select every piece so we are confident of the naturalness and purity of what we can offer you. We have a vast range of sterling silver, yellow and white gold along with two tone gold. We only stock pieces which are conflict free sourced.

Robertson & Watt was established in 1841 by two Dundee businessmen at 73 High Street. At this time they had showrooms on the ground and basement floors with their office and workshop on the first floor. The shop remained open throughout two world wars even though precious metals were scarce at these times.

I have recently purchased a watch for my brother for his 18's birthday from this shop. Sadly, he did not like them and as it was his 18's I hoped that I might take these back to the shop, get a refund and get him something else. You know after COVID, I don't really have spare 100 pounds lying around. However, when I raised this with, what seemed to be the owner, he coldly said he does not do refunds and told me 'that customers of his shop read signs displayed on the walls' and shaming me 'why I have not asked myself'. His manners were very rude and arrogant. I settled on a gift card because I felt

This company has no faith in the products they sell. This is made perfectly evident by there no refund policy. The staff are very rude when a refund is requested and very confintational. They are clearly selling terrible quality items if they are not willing to accept them back. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment.
