The worst hotel I've ever been too. Me and my partner booked a double room for 1 night. We we arrived there were 2 single beds pushed together which was so uncomfortable, but if I'm honest that wouldn't of changed how awful the beds themselves were. There was no diner or breakfast available. The room had mould, paint was peeling off the walls, the floors were filthy and the the room didn't look anything like what was advertised. On top of all of that the owner denied our refund because we didn't speak to him on the day but me and my partner was in a rush and both have high social anxiety and didn

Really rude manager who was very drunk also. Tv was 20 years old. Lamp was broken. Window frames were rotten. Air con was broken and mouldy. Toilet fan was noisy. Floorboards were creaky. And worst of all the room was covered in damp.

Visited this place on Sunday with my family to be greeted by a woman asking what we were doing there basically, it was before midday so was prepared to wait to go in, however the reception we got was quite rude so we left and took our money elsewhere.

Lovely scenery when you step out to the river bank. Receptionist was nice. Parking, tea and coffee was free. Restaurant wasn't opened at all though (and isn't going to until sometime in future) so I had to order for food although the bar was opened. Perhaps its due to covid hotel policy.
