I am currently staying here now. Awful sleep bad signal TV. I came here after finishing a night shift extremely tired. While trying to sleep, downstairs was a group party that after hours got chucked out Eventually! Despite me trying to call reception with no answer. This morning I’m shattered, missing breakfast, no sleep and feeling under the weather so I told reception that I had a awful stay. To get told very rudely ‘it’s a guest problem not my problem’ morning staff very argumentative and defensive I could of cried. -I will not recommend as hotel facility is okay
But customer service

This hotel used to be great but it’s going downhill fast. My brother and his wife stayed here over the weekend as did me and my wife. He had no hot water and reported it at 09:30am and it was still not fixed by 2pm and we had to go to a wedding. When he asked if he could swap rooms ,the receptionist said they were fully booked but my brother looked on line and it said rooms available,so a blatant lie. When he spoke to the manager, He said he could not move him as the rooms available were more expensive. Absolute terrible customer service.

I arrived here after a very long day of work and driving all I wanted to do was check into my room and get some food. Unfortunately the quick check in was stopped in it's tracks as I was asked for photo ID. I do not usually carry photo ID, why would I? We do not live in a society that demands such a thing! Getting ready to walk out I eventually got a call from someone that could send something via mobile phone. Then I was told there was no food available, I really didn't want fast food delivery so had to go out to find somewhere to eat. The room was very small with only just enough room either

Shocking, room 213 bathroom wasn't in use toilet, bath sink or shower, no towels and no duvet. I'm not one to complain and hopefully this was a one of as have stayed b4. But I would like a refund or credit for future as I think any respectable business would.

Our room's TV did not work. No chest of drawers. They couldn't fix tv so was moved to another room. Also a dirty pillow. Breakfast was good. Hotel handy for transport links to the city and the North circular and A12.

Absolutely appalling experience with this hotel booked after a long journey needed some rest charged us £250 pounds for a double room giving the circumstances we didn’t mind due to the tiredness. Upon checking in the room seemed average the trouble started through the night as we could not sleep due to noise from other rooms seemed liked some one was throwing a party 3/4 am it finally stopped woke the next morning covered in bug bites next morning approached the reception to confront he told me there was no active manager and nothing he could do and gave me a landline number to call, spoke to

Staff excellent. Room was large and comfortable. Stayed in the annexe. My only issue was with the bathroom. Being slightly disabled it was difficult to climb into the bath to use the shower. There are no grab rails to hold while getting in or out. Will stay there again though

I'm not sure what the official star rating is but I am being kind and giving it a 3*. I was greeted by helpful staff and told where my room was.top floor... basically in a loft type room.it was small and quite cramped even for my five foot seven height.the bed was great although the bedside lamp didn't have a bulb in it and the on suite bathroom really nice although the extractor fan did not work.the buffet style breakfast was a bit hit and miss depending on what time you got there.loads of tradesmen staying at the time.the hotel has another part to it which is located across the busy main road
