Sue grew up in Melton and knows the town and surrounding villages well. All her life she has been involved in public service and she brings her helpful and friendly personality to the Lettings team - always willing to go the extra mile for our landlords and tenants. Emma is our Lettings Manager and her prime concern is to look after our many Landlords and Tenants.

Our fees are very simple and easy to understand. All the listed services for just 10% per month plus vat. If you have 2 or more properties with us we will drop our monthly fee to 9% per month plus vat on all your properties under full management. If you prefer to manage the property yourself we can provide a Tenant Find Only service.
