Friendly polite staff took phone booking,on arrival staff allowed us to park up before later check in.
Room was a standard room but it was very spacious and immaculate and nicely furnished.
Only negative point was due to our room (number 20) being on ground floor in was noisy, this was mainly due to lay out of adjoining room and corridor having a fire door all roughly sharing same frame work so as doors opened/closed the banging echoed, this meant disturbance late at night into early hours and early morning so had unsettled sleep.
Hotel is well situated for town and other attractions like Blackpool

Had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Continental style breakfast served in the morning. If you need a fried breakfast there is a Toby Carvery across the road. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A short walk to the beach and local shops bars and restaurants. Good transport link into Blackpool. The hotel also does gin happy hour which is recommended.

A really nice hotel with great views from the balcony ( You can spot the odd rabbit every now and then) Easy reach to some lovely restaurants shops and transport links. There was a issue with the hot water but am told that’s all sorted now. I’ll give them another try later this year and am sure I can update my review to 5 Stars.
