Hello and welcome to the web site of Red Rose Law. This is a website put together for a practice that deals in domestic, light commercial conveyancing and general property law. We are proud of the fact that we have achieved membership of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme, and are pleased to be able to offer quality conveyancing to you.
Usually the work will be domestic conveyancing, and we are more likely to be dealing with people in Longton and Longridge than New York and Paris, but whatever the job we are confident that we have the experience to deal with it. We will operate the way that suits you the best. We can operate completely on the internet, we can use the telephone, the post, and/or personal face to face meetings.

Absolutely avoid at all cost!!!!
Do not be fooled by the cheap price tag like I was. Patrick, the owner, was nothing but useless. Doesn't pick up the phone, doesn't reply to emails, doesn't keep you updated, doesn't liaise with the property developer, the list is honestly endless. In the end we had to switch solicitors to a more reputable one, because Red Rose are a complete waste of time & you will be frustrated from Patrick lack of professionalism.
Please, please, please, listen to the negative reviews, or else you will be the next to leave one.

I used this firm to purchase a house. I have nothing positive to say about my experience with Patrick Flaherty. He was vague and forgetful. Rarely responded to emails it mostly took more than one or a phone call to get a response. He neglected to tell me about a right of way for the neighbour across my property to take his bins. He made me believe it was an inaccessible pathway at the back of the property that was not used for many years. I would never have bought the house had I known prior. He has never replied to my email complaining about it. I had to email him twice for my mortgage cashback

Following quotation from reallymoving, red rose came out the chpeast and was local so decided to use them.
On Tuesday morning I went to their office to drop the initial paper work which was sent by post and also to get my ID verified in person.I took two hours from work so time was tight. Once I arrived, there was no one at reception desk apart from a guy who was sat away in the hallway. Waited around 10min as there was a sign saying we will be down shorty. Then a guy came down from the elevator and to my surprise the guy from the hall way said to him ' 'can I help you'?. I couldn't believe it
