We are able to advise on all aspects of the design and construction process and offer comprehensive and professional design and management services tailored to individual requirements. We are committed to quality and good practice and operate a quality control system to ensure that all our clients receive the very highest professional standard of service available.
All commissions begin with an appraisal of client requirements and the site or existing property. We will advise on Statutory approvals required, procurement, timescales, contractors, other consultants, construction methods and costs and Local Authority charges. Alternative design solutions will be discussed, and a written project appraisal and client guide on the procedures involved will be provided.
