Dutka Architects is an architectural and interior design practice led by Peter Dutka. Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, Dutka Architects offers a full range of services to both residential and commercial clients. With over 25 years' experience in both residential and commercial architecture and design, Peter is committed to offering all his clients excellent service and value for money.
When we bought "Windyridge", we knew it was the location we had always wanted to live in. Kenilworth. We also knew that we would have to do some work to achieve the right living environment. And so, after three years of wrestling with ideas and understanding planning issues, we called in Peter Dutka.
I will sit down with you and get to understand in detail what you are looking for. I will then carry out and draw up a survey of the area. Using the survey, I will draw some sketch designs of the proposed areas. The next stage is to sit down together and discuss and adapt the designs so that they reflect what you are looking for.
