We have been trading with Retail Concessions for some 20 years, they are the only agent we use providing everything we need meaning we can trade with one partner that never lets us down.
Retail Concessions are above all else very professional, they understand the needs of the retailer and those booking concessions, they expect and demand the highest standards and whilst that may not always be easy It sets the standard and gives the concessions longevity which is key.
All other matters are fair, simple, straightforward, accounting and invoicing etc

Absolute disgrace of the company! They should not be allowed to manage a barn let alone a catering pitches for a big retail brands!
This is for all caterers out there looking to start or change their pitch.... DO NOT use these clowns!!! They will charge you a large amount of money upfront and within two weeks expect them to ask for the same amount again as apparently they are "convinced" that caterer can make thousands a week on "their" pitch! Not helpful money grabbing intimidating company who shouldn't have nothing to do with catering business!
