I ordered an item from the sellers online presence on Amazon - Lavington online - a Brushed aluminium 8 litre pressure cooker. I was sent a 5 litre black pot. I returned at my own expense for a refund. The sellers claim they did not receive the item although I have a signed Proof of delivery from Parcelforce to Direct Tableware at Cutlers House. They have not refunded - I sent this item back on 25th March.
