Patricia and Andrew welcome guests to their delightful home, which is a large and spacious Georgian Cottage of outstanding charm and true 18th century character in a rural setting. Situated on the southern edge of the beautiful New Forest where the scenery is breathtaking. The coast is 1 1/4 miles away and the nearest beach of Milford on Sea is only 1 1/2 miles away.
The many awards they have won are a flattering (yet honest) reflection of their attention to customer care, comfort, welcome and satisfaction; but by far their greatest source of pride is the thanks of their guests. Familiar faces return often to experience again the magical atmosphere they strive to create.

We arrived to check in and no one was there, we rang the doorbell a few times, nothing. We knocked a few times, still nothing. We tried calling the telephone number but it wouldn't connect. We waited 20 minutes and when no one appeared we had no choice but to give up and go home. I emailed, no reply. The house looked like it had suffered from damage recently and the outside areas were run down and unkempt.
This was booked for our 1st wedding anniversary and it was ruined. Avoid!

A lovely friendly stay with Patricia and Andrew for 4 nights, excellent food, attentive host and nothing was too much trouble and the accommodation was perfect, clean and most comfortable, with the added bonus that we received a lovely present at the end of our stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Will definitely be returning!
